Espresso-beer martini
Great for breakfast, lunch and after dinner, Ben's delicious espresso martini cocktail had even Jonny "caffeine-makes-me-vomit-honest" Garrett bouncing off the walls. Made using the incredible Espresso by Dark Star, which gives it a lovely thick head and some malty depth. NB Jonny is wrong in the video, the beans are added just after the boil. He was high when he said it.

Hotdogs done 3 ways | The Craft Beer Channel
Jonny celebrates Germany's World Cup victory with some beery German sausages -- cooked up three ways. First a beer mustard, second beer onions, and third a currywurst! Proper hotdogs, perfect for the barbecue, and ABSOLUTELY BANGING! Beers included are: St Austell Korev Lager Augustiner Brau Bock Sierra Nevada Torpedo Heretic Evil Twin Recipes: For the beer mustard 100g mixed mustard seeds 120ml amazing lager Pinch of chilli flakes 2 tbsp honey Splash of white wine vinegar Soak the seeds in the lager overnight, then add the rest if the ingredients, season with salt and blend until well mixed but still lumpy. For the beer onions red onion, sliced 1 heaped tbsp muscovado sugar 50ml balsamic vinegar 100ml bock or dark lager Fry the onions on a medium heat until soft. Add the other ingredients, stirring between each, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, until dark and sticky. For the currywurst Yellow onion, finely sliced 400ml passata 1 tbsp golden caster sugar 1 tsp smoked paprika 2 tsp curry powder Hoppy, sweet IPA Splash of red wine vinegar Preheat your oven to 200C/400F. Remove a few slices of onion and put aside. Fry the remaining onions over a medium heat until soft, add the passata, sugar, paprika and curry powder and stir. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 25 minutes, until thickened. Fry the other onions over a high heat. One soft, add a splash of IPA and let it boil off. Tip onto some paper town and pat dry. Lay in a baking try and bake until crispy (about 7 minutes). Season the sauce to taste and add some red wine vinegar if it's lacking a tang. Blend and smear over the hotdog, top with the crispy onions.

We went traditional with a subtle German/Czech cross with saaz and Kazbak hops.
