The phrases “high ticket” and “low ticket” refer to the prices of the items you are selling. A “low ticket” item would be a low-cost item like a mug. A high-ticket item would be a couch that costs hundreds to thousands of dollars. So a high ticket Shopify dropshipping store might be a furniture store where you sell things like couches, tables and chairs. QUESTION: Why would you choose to build a high ticket dropshipping store? The reason why a lot of people are excited at the idea of this is because you can earn a lot of money from just a single sale. If you make a 30% profit from a $10 sale of a mug, then that is only $3 in profit. Whereas, if you sold a $1,000 couch and made a 30% profit margin, then you would make $300. In theory, it should be easiest to sell a single large item versus a lot of smaller items. QUESTION: Is it easier to make money from a high ticket dropshipping store? Our opinion is that for most beginners, they will struggle to make money from selling high ticket items compared to low ticket products. Why? Well it’s because there is a very different mentality of a customer when they come to purchase an expensive product versus a cheaper one. When customers come to purchase expensive items like couches, they do not take those purchases lightly. Spending $1,000 on an item like a couch is a large purchase, and so customers will research their options before they purchase to purchase the best couch. Another reason why customers will take a lot of time to research their options is because expensive items like couches tend to be big and bulky. Thus if a customer is looking to purchase one, they will be very analytical in their purchase, as they will need to consider both the logistics of receiving the couch, and in getting rid of their old one. It is also very difficult to refund and exchange large, bulky items like this, so customers will be researching their options carefully do that they don’t pick the wrong one. It would also be very expensive and frustrating to purchase a different couch if they didn’t like the first one (let alone the annoyance in having to get rid of the one they didn’t like). So they’ll be researching all of their options carefully to make the right choice the first time. Because customers will be researching their options, it means that you’ll now be competing with big brands and stores. For example, if you opened a furniture Shopify store, you’d now be competing against brands like IKEA, Pottery Barn and Ashley Homestore that will show up when customers start to Google and search for their different options. To be able to compete with these big brands, you will need to: #1: Build up enormous trust between you and the potential customer High ticket purchases are a big deal for customers. They will want to be able to trust that they can trust you’ll be selling them a high quaity product, and that it will be delivered to them. Big brands like IKEA already have that trust built up with customers already. #2: You will need to send the customer through a sales funnel. A simple, basic Shopify store is not going to be enough. You are going to have to create a much slicker looking store and have an excellent, well writen and designed sales page. You’ll also need to provide a phone number, and be prepared to close sales over the phone. You will also need to have a LOT of start-up money set aside as you’ll need to be able to buy these items when customer purchase them. Whereas, with low ticket dropshipping, you are selling items that cost $15 or less. They are so cheap that a significant group of customers purchase them impulsively, and they don’t do a search to price-check the competition because they think they think the item you’re selling is such a good deal already. This form of dropshipping also requires less start-up money. For these reasons, we recommend that unless beginners have a mentor to guide them through the process of setting a store like this up and running one, that they stick to lower cost products.

You also need to learn about the scams and inappropriate products sold by both new and used car dealers, and why some things dealers offer should NEVER be purchased. These include things like the theft protection scam, GAP insurance that is sold to consumers who either didn't need it, or could have purchased much cheaper from their own insurance agent, and extended warranties that are often sold to buyers who didn't want them or need them. To make matters worse, there are also thousands of car dealers who employ finance officers that are some of the most unscrupulous people you'll ever meet, willing to tell you any lie they can come up with to sell you everything I've described, and more. The worst ones will even claim your interest rate on your loan is only available if you buy all the added products they are proposing. They claim the 'bank' wants the car protected.... which is BS... On the contrary, the bank wants your loan as small as possible so if they need to repossess the car, they can get their money out of it. This video was published to help you discover how you can save time and money on your next new or used car purchase by doing your homework first, and then going car shopping as an informed buyer. Is it unreasonable to expect a little old-fashioned honesty? We don't think so, but we are more than amused by the countless car salespeople or car dealers who contact us and state that we are making a 'small problem' sound far worse than it is. They also tell us the entire video is completely fabricated baloney. Really? Are you kidding us? We know there are honest people in the car business, and we receive positive comments from many of them, but it's definitely a buyer beware world out on the car lot! For all of you car buyers who are well steeped in reality, if you watched the video "Confessions of a car dealers backroom" you need to see this video. By understanding what mistakes to avoid, you'll not only become a smarter car buyer, but you'll also better understand what not to tell a car dealer when buying a car. It's true that you can play all your cards up front with an honest dealer, but unfortunately, they represent the minority of dealer owners (truly transparent and honest dealers make up about 40% of all dealers), and you are unlikely to know the difference until it's far too late. Be smart, do your homework, and you'll come home with a car deal that's good for you and the dealer. After all, that's what fairness is all about. We don't endorse anyone being ripped off, and that includes some customers who think it's 'justice' to turn tables and try to 'steal' a car from a dealer. If you do stuff like this, that makes you a crook too, doesn't it? When a car dealer loses money on a deal, they just take it from the next unsuspecting person. We don't think your neighbor should have to pay for your car, so we encourage you to be fair and honest. Everything we talk about has to do with fairness and honesty, and that works both ways. Respect the dealers right to make money in your quest to get a fair and honest car deal. It's this kind of attitude by car dealers and consumers alike that will change the car business. My name is Emma, and in today's video I am going to teach you a very, very important thing for customer service. I used to work in customer service, and this is actually one of the most important things I learned, and this is called the L-A-S-T or LAST approach. So, to get started, let's talk a little bit about: What is customer service? So, customer service is when you have customers, of course, and you're trying to make your customers as comfortable and happy as possible. You're also trying to meet their needs and expectations, and solve any problems or situations that they might have. So, customer service is a huge category. There's many, many different jobs where you use customer service. If you work in a hotel, for example, as a clerk, you know, in the lobby, as a bellhop, you will be using customer service. If you work at a restaurant as a server, you'll be using customer service, or as a hostess. If you're the manager of a store, you'll be using customer service. If you work in a business or even in a hospital, you'll be using customer service. So, pretty much any time you're dealing with people from the public and they're customers and you're trying to help them, you're doing customer service. So, there are many different problems that a customer might have. What are some examples of some problems? Can you think of anything, a problem a customer might have? Maybe somebody charged them too much for something, maybe they're in a store and the lineups are too long, maybe a customer is at a hotel and they're very unhappy because the Wi-Fi isn't working or their bed's uncomfortable. So, there's so many different problems customers might have at different types of businesses. In this video what I'm going to teach you is: What do you do when a customer has a problem? Okay? So, a very easy thing to do when a customer has a problem is called the LAST approach. "LAST", what does it stand for? Well, if a customer has a problem, the first thing you should do is listen to their problem, the next thing you should do is apologize, solve their problem, and thank them. So: Listen, Apologize, Solve, and Thank. We're going to look at expressions we use to show we're listening, expressions to apologize, expressions that can help us solve problems, and expressions to thank customers. Okay, so the first step when a customer has a problem is to listen. So, the first thing you should do is find out what the problem is. You can ask them: "What seems to be the problem?" or "How can I help you?" Okay? Once they start explaining what the problem is, very important that you look like you're actually listening and that you do listen. Okay? So, you shouldn't look at your watch: "Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm." Okay? That's a bad idea. You shouldn't look at the sky: "Uh, when is this person going to stop talking?" Okay? You shouldn't roll your eyes. Okay? No, no, no. You need to show that you actually care about what the customer is saying. So, showing you're listening is very important. You can repeat back to the customer what they're saying to show that you understand and to make sure that you did understand. So: "So what you're saying is, you know, there's no hot water in this hotel.", "So what you're saying is the Wi-Fi's not working and you're not happy with that." Okay? These are some examples. "So what you're saying is _________." You can also say: "Let me get this right..." "Let me get this right, what you're saying is that, you know, there's a problem at your table.", "What you're saying is that you've been waiting for your food for a really long time." So it's important to show that you are listening and you acknowledge what they have said. Okay. Now, sometimes with customer service you get a customer who's very angry, and maybe they start swearing, they start using very bad language. Okay? So if this happens, very important that you don't get upset. Okay? When this happened to me in the past, I would actually pretend to be a computer. I would not take anything personally. I would just smile and pretend to be a computer, and that's how I got through angry customers. So, if the person is rude... You know, it's not right if somebody is saying something rude to you, if they're swearing at you, or they're making you feel uncomfortable. So, be polite. Okay?

I know for me, when I got started in my home business, this was the last thing I wanted my people to view me as. I wanted to look professional but not salesy. I also wanted the results and I knew I had to start asking for the sale and being more BOLD. People don't just jump into your business without you asking them to join. This is the #1 reason why most people don't join with you.... They're never asked! It's kinda like fishing, do the fish just jump into the boat or do you have to catch them? Weird analogy I know, but you have to remember to ask for the sale if you WANT the sale. So what do you say to get your people to join you? Well, I'm glad you asked because over many many presentations, I feel that I've perfected this and I'm happy to share my secrets with you. Before I dive into the 'how to' I want you to understand the psychology of why this works so well. The people that your exposing your business to are unconsciously testing you. Whether they know it or not, they're seeing if you're strong enough to lead them to success. If you understand this, you'll see why being a good presenter and a serious business builder is important. So if they're unconsciously testing you, you have to be that leader they're looking to join. Step 1 - Have confidence when you're showing your deal. Tell them how committed you are and show them that you're serious about going big with your business. Whether they join or not. Let them feel the energy. Step 2 - Share with them that you can show them exactly what to do. Most people are hesitant to joining something new if they feel they'll be unsuccessful, so show them that you'll work closely with them. Step 3 - Ask for the Sale! Give them the opportunity to join. All I say after my presentation is: "Awesome share some feedback with me, what did you like best about what you saw?" "Awesome did you see an opportunity for yourself?" "Great! Welcome to the team, let's get you started" By using these questions after the presentation is done, I never feel salesy or pushy. I'm simply giving them the opportunity to tell me if they see value in what they just saw. We should never feel salesy if we're sharing something that we absolutely believe in. Something that we truly feel that can change people's lives. When I talk to people about working with me I truly believe that their lives will be better inside our team. Yes we have an unbelievable product that we offer, but what's more is that we have training and a community that has revolutionize our industry in a big way. So when I talk about joining, it's not about joining the company, it's about joining me and our team culture that we've created. I've gathered a great deal of testimonials over the years and based on the stories of all the lives that have been changed I'm more than certain that the people that decided to work with me will be greatly rewarded in many ways. I encourage you to make a list of all the incredible attributes your team has and think about you're really selling. I'm sure it's more than just your product that you're company offers, you have more than that to offer. You have the success stories, you have the community, team culture, exclusive training etc! Think about what you love the most about what you're doing and flow from that. It's not the facts about the company that got you excited, I can bet it was a story that was shared or a vision that was painted. I hope this helps you the next time you present your business. 965 The time for systems of selling has passed. The time for sales manipulation has passed. The time for "finding the pain" has passed The time for "closing the sale" has way passed. I wonder if you're using yesterday's approaches to complete today's sales. Many, if not most, salespeople (not you of course) walk into a sale with product knowledge, a few questions, a sales pitch, and hope. This is a strategy that will result in "How much is it?" Bad strategy. It's time for you to create an approach that works and WOWs - an approach based on value and differentiation, an approach that's personalized and customized. PROBLEM: This requires work. Hard work. And in my experience, most salespeople aren't willing to do the hard work that makes selling easy. They would rather do the easy work that makes selling hard. Salespeople are not willing to build reputation, build expertise, network, work longer hours (especially in these times), and prepare harder than the competition. I have an approach that's different from yours. It's an approach that has evolved from years of selling and years of practice. And I am current. Internet current. Google ranking current. Website current. Social media current. And technology current. Here are my approach strategies and actions. See how many of them are yours: * I have done my homework about their company. * I have done my homework on the person I'm meeting with. * I'm prepared with questions of engagement about them. * I'm prepared with ideas in their favor. * I'm more relaxed than formal. * I'm confident, not cocky. * I'm more friendly than professional. * My business card rocks. People comment when they get it. * I give signed books, not brochures. * I don't start until I have established rapport AND found common ground. * I ask more and talk less. * I walk into the sales call with ideas, and questions, not a pitch. * I look for their pleasure, not their pain. * I don't talk about what "we do." I talk about how they win. * I ask for and get their Santa Claus list (what they're hoping to achieve). * I discover my customer's reasons and motives for buying. * I answer with questions, not just statements. * I dare to inject humor. Often. Not jokes, humor. * I don't make presentations from my laptop - if I use slides it's from a projector. * I'm prepared with slides if the meeting gets that far. * If I use slides, they're fun, they're customized for the prospect, and they're not canned. * I make my own slides. * I often clarify a statement with a question before I answer. * I discuss money openly (it's my favorite part). * I listen with the intent to understand, and then respond. * I take notes to make certain I remember what was said and what was promised, and to show respect. * I use testimonials to prove points and create a buying atmosphere. * I am more patient than anxious. I wait for them to ask, then tell. * When I hear a buying signal, I ask for, and confirm the sale. * I don't leave without asking for the sale or formalizing the next step. THE SECRETS: I have a reputation that's Googleable, and I have a presence on social media that anyone can find and be impressed with. My company answers the phone with a friendly human being on the second ring 24/7/365. THE HARD WORK: Internet presence. THE HARD WORK: Social media presence. THE HARD WORK: Attraction through value. THE HARD WORK: Earning and acquiring video testimonials. THE HARD WORK: Preparation for each and every prospect. THE HARD WORK: Get up early, study, and write. How to Make Passive Income Online (3 Legit Models From Someone Who Made $5+ Million Online)

Today I'm going to show you how to make passive income online. I'll be showing you 3 different business models that you can choose from to start with so that you can build a business that works for you. There are several different definitions of passive income. I'm aware of the traditional definition, such as earnings derived from a rental property, but there's a better way that I have years of experience with and have also taught tens of thousands of others to do. It involves building online businesses that take advantage of systems of automation that allow transactions, cash flow, and growth to happen without requiring a real-time presence. In other words, we don't trade time for money. Instead, we invest our time upfront to create assets in the form of an online business that can continually pay us back later. There are several different ways to achieve this, and the 3 models I share in this video will give you an idea of how you might approach an online business that works for you. COMMON QUESTION #1: Does generating passive income mean you don't have to put in any work to earn money? No. Not at all. Creating various passive income streams takes time and a lot of hard work. It's about building a real business that solves a problem, and creating systems, or hiring people such that it can be run on auto-pilot. COMMON QUESTION #2: Can you create a passive income stream that requires zero upkeep or attention that will pay you back forever. No. All passive income streams, even traditional ones, require some form of upkeep and maintenance. Real estate portfolios and market investments cannot (correction - shouldn't) be walked away from forever, and neither should any type of online business. With that said, however, online businesses can be fashioned in a way so that you can walk away from it for a while and it can still continue to run. An online business is a storefront that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (even on holidays), and much more than real estate or market investments, building an online business gives you a lower barrier to entry, as well as a lot more potential upside. Just think - how much would an extra $1000 per month help you? Imagine how much it would cost to invest to obtain an additional $1k per month in tradition forms of passive income, while building a business online is much more achievable. Let's do some math to give you some perspective: Imagine you sell a $25 product. You only have to sell 40 of them, per month, to earn an additional $1000/month. Imagine you sell a membership into your program for $25 a month. You only need 40 members to generate an additional $1000/month. But then the next month, you obtain an additional 40 members who also pay you $25/month. Now you're making $2k per month. The most important thing, however, is that whatever product or business you create, that it helps solve a problem. All good businesses solve a problem in some way, shape, or form, so make sure you watch the video to learn exactly how you can approach building a business online of your own.
