The World's Largest Dump Truck - Belaz 75710
Tucked away on construction sites most people won’t ever see are dump trucks so large it’s hard to believe are real. On this episode we bring you the World’s largest dump truck. The BelAZ 75710 made by Belarusian company BelAZ is the world largest, highest payload capacity haul truck. The truck is built with a conventional two axle setup but has doubled wheels, four to an axle. It has 4 wheel drive and 4 wheel hydraulic steering, which is unusual. The truck is 30 feet or 9 meters tall with wheels taller than most people. The BelAz 75710 is powered by two 2,300 horsepower motors with a top speed of 40 mph or 64 kph. It was designed for work in giant mining operations. The truck itself weighs over 750,000 pounds or 340 000 kg, to put that into perspective the average midsize car weighs 3500 lbs or 1600 kg making this dump truck weigh the equivalent of the combined weight of 215 cars. When it comes to hauling, this beast can carry up to 992,000 pounds or 450000 kg of material. Now I’m sure you’re thinking of picking one up, it’ll cost you around 6 million dollars. Two lanes wide, tires 13' tall, Caterpillar 793c, now thats a truck!!!!
Caterpillar 793 is one of the biggest mining trucks built by the company. The tires are size 59/80R63 XDR, and made by Michelin at the cost of $42,500. for each. They stand at 13.22' tall, and weigh 11,680 lbs per tire. The truck sells for about 5 million dollars. Check the size of these trucks. You can really tell how large it is when it passes a tractor trailer at the guard house. Then watch them pass full size pickups on the dirt road. Video was shot at Minntac, at Mountain Iron, MN. 10-2003 Updated info, thanks to Ted K. That's a 793c early model. 150 cu yd spreader body for sanding haul roads in winter. We had 2 of those then, that was 594. That was shot when I was driving it from the Hoover construction repair yard in mt. iron mn to minntac. That body has ben re mounted now. Not sure what truck it's on but I'm guessing still a 793c. This is the LARGEST dump truck I ever filmed, and the link is the OLDEST dump truck I ever filmed. When is the last time you saw an unrestored, 1927 Indiana Motor Truck in opperation at an HCEA meet in Brownsville, PA.? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nIQDV06MD0g Thanks for watching... Most AMAZING Trucks In The World!
Check out the most amazing trucks in the world! From the largest to the most heavy, this top 10 list of craziest and coolest trucks is absolutely awesome! They use a unique hauler technology that has lasted them through the ages. In addition to the timeless technique, they’ve added a brand new, high-efficiency Advanced IGBT AC-Drive system. Hitachi is one of the most eco-friendly companies that produce hauling trucks. They can raise profits by lowering fuel and maintenance costs. They are able to spend less, to make more, and get more done in the process. The machine itself weighs about 550 tons, but has a payload of 325 tons. With a 2,850 hp, the Hitachi EH5000AC-3 knows how to get the most out of its fuel. It also has safety measures built in. A Slip/Slide Control System will add traction in slippery conditions, such a rainstorm or when ice is on the roads. Not to mention, this makes sharp turns much easier as well. A pitch control system will allow this truck to drive over rough roads with ease. Meaning, the driver won’t lose any of its load when off-road. With LCDs, heating/cooling controls, independent cabs, monitoring cameras, and much more, it is likely this machine is the most advanced and well thought out truck in the world. #8 BelAZ 75710 As the make suggests, the BelAZ is a manufacturer based in Belarus. As of 2016, it is the world's largest, highest payload capacity haul truck. The BelAz 75710 is equipped with a two-axle setup yet the wheels are a four to an axle! Because of this, it also needs eight large 59/80R63 tires. Four-wheel drive and four-wheel hydraulic steering is seen on this truck. A funny addition considering its turning radius is only 20 meters. It can be loaded to a capacity of nearly 500 short tons and still drive as usual. Though empty, it still weighs over 350 tons. It is 66 feet long, 26 feet tall, and 32 feet wide. That’s about three times as tall as a Giraffe. Rather than using the power of one single engine, it is powered by two 65-litre 16-cylinder diesel engines, each of these engines having 2,300 horsepower. Since the fuel consumption is 198 g/kWh per engine, there is an option to use only one engine when carrying smaller loads. At its best, it can travel 40 miles per hour. BelAz believes in this 2013 truck so much, that they have invested $644 million in increasing its total production capacity. #7 Caterpillar 797F The Caterpillar 797F is Caterpillar's largest, highest payload capacity haul truck! It appears to be every little boy’s dream to drive one of these when he grows up as the 797 series is the perfect Tonka truck model! The Caterpillar 797F was first mentioned to the public at MINExpo International in September, 2008. This guy was the successor to the 797B. The 797F has a higher payload capacity and a more powerful, more efficient engine than its predecessor. Because of these increases, Caterpillar could meet the needs of mine operators' so they were able to increase the efficiency of their work. They also saved money by reducing the costs considering the payload was much higher, meaning less trips, less fuel, less time. The payload capacity? 400 short tons! The horsepower? A gross 4,000! The top speed? 42 miles per hour! This truck is fully geared with a rear axle mounted, computer controlled, seven speed planetary transmissions that is equipped with an integral lock-up torque converter. #6 Bucyrus MT 6300AC You have to see this military-style machine to believe it! Built for mining, it is a sight to behold and a wondrous machine unlike any other! The Bucyrus MT6300AC is an off road, double-axle, ultra class, diesel/AC electric powertrain haul truck. It was designed and manufactured by Bucyrus International Inc. in America. The MT6300AC is the company’s biggest, highest payload capacity haul truck, and closing in on the highest in the world at 400 short tons. Even fully-loaded, this hauler can reach speeds of up to 40 miles per hour. On February 19, 2010, the Terex Unit Rig MT6300AC was re-branded which created the Bucyrus MT6300AC. This took place when Bucyrus International Inc. took over the mining equipment area of Terex Corporation. You may know Bucyrus makes as Caterpillar's UnitRigs as in 2011, Caterpillar took over a good part of the Bucyrus trucks.

How does this Huge Dump Truck WORK?! 797F Metal Haul/Mining Truck RC4WD | RC ADVENTURES
I have had a lot of questions about this haul truck, since I have unboxed it on #YouTubeGold: http://bit.ly/2wqzJ53 I got this truck from an online store called "RC4WD". This thing is ENORMOUS. I can not tell you what it is like to be in front of this haul truck, becuase even at 1/14th scale - it is the Tonka Truck we all dream of as kids! In this film I show you how this truck works. Yes, it is hydraulic and can haul up to 440 lbs. I would need several wives, or many more children to max out the trucks payload! It is truly in beast mode the entire time. Two Brushless ESC's power the large Brushless Motors for the back set of wheels. This truck is rear wheel drive. My family enjoys this machine quite a bit, and silly as it may sound - we all take rides in it!! I installed a 12v, deep cycle 80amp/hour battery. It lasts for approximately 20-30 minutes of solid run time. We have a lot of fun with it, and as you can see it makes for a wonderful ride! A chariot of fun.. haha :) Or a toy haul truck of Hilarity! The World's Longest Truck - Road Train in Australia
Australia - a country road trains. In the Australian outback, where for hundreds of kilometers around you to meet a couple of other cattle-farms, or "stations", as they call them, train - a vital necessity. After all, in order to deliver the goods to the destination of the train, the owner, such as a sheep station would have to get their living from the load to the nearest railway hundreds of kilometers. Road trains - powerful trucks, which stretches for two, three (and sometimes more) of huge trailer, capable in a matter of days to cross the Green Continent, connecting the country's states and territories. Volvo Trucks - Extreme weight testing of the Volvo FMX
This extreme weight test features an ordinary Volvo FMX fitted with our heaviest gearbox, I-Shift with crawler gears. Two-tonne weights were dropped 26 times from various heights and positions to test the quality of the engine and gearbox mounting. The maximum g-force equals that of 214 tonnes at rest. First, the weights were dropped in the middle of the super structure and then right above the rear engine mounts. *This is a so-called misuse test that was carried out by professionals in a controlled, test environment. Volvo Trucks strongly advises against dropping heavy objects on a truck in any other setting. How to Read a Tire Size & Understanding a Tire Sidewall - ABTL Auto Extras
http://www.autobytel.com/car-ownership/ Understanding the letters and numbers on your tire sidewall can be a bit confusing. Tak from Toyo Tires gives us some insight on how to read a tire size. His simple explanation addresses all the different specifications that are written on your vehicles tire. The sidewall of a tire contains a couple of key features: Let's Take a Look for Instance at this Tire Size 255/35/R18 109V The "255" in the first part of the tire size represents the section width of the tire. The "35" represents the tires aspect ratio or height. The "R" stand for Radial in tire construction and the "18" stands for the wheel diameter in inches. The "109" is the load index and represents the tires maximum load capacity at maximum inflation pressure. The "V" represents the speed rating which is the max allotted speed of a tire. For those looking to get some advance knowledge about all the information a tire can present there is the DOT tire identification number (TIN). An example of a TIN would be DOT CX91 XX31309 The "CX" represents the factory code or where the tire was manufactured. The "91" represents the size code. The "XX3" represents the options code. The last four digits on the TIN represent the week and year when the tire was made. So for instance "1309" means the 13th week in the year 2009. Another bit of information contained on a tire sidewall is the maximum load capacity. The max load displays a weight at a certain PSI. But this is not the recommended tire pressure that you should inflate your tires to. Instead follow the manufacturer recommended tire pressure setting as seen on the inside of a car's door jam. Hopefully this video can give you some insight on how to read a car tire. See More Car Videos http://www.autobytel.com/car-videos/ Join Our Facebook Page http://www.facebook.com/autobytel

The construction of floor of the W1MV body is made of HARDOX HB 450 high-resistant steel plate with two bendings. W1MV is equipped with the floor which is made of only one-layer of steel. Due to the removal of unnecessary elements, the construction has become more resilient and thus, more durable and resistant to damage. The plate of side walls is reinforced only with the upper profile, rear profile and front wall. The mechanical properties of HARDOX HB 450 steel of which the side walls are made ensure effective protection against damage.

WORLDS LARGEST DUMP TRUCK in the world & Worlds largest excavator truck Extreme Dump Truck Video
A video showing the largest truck in the world and is also used for earth excavation. Design The BelAz 75710 has a conventional two-axle setup but the wheels are doubled, four to an axle, like a scaled-up International Payhauler 350. For this reason it needs eight 59/80R63 tires.[1] It also has four-wheel drive and four-wheel hydraulic steering which is unusual. It has a turning radius of about 20 meters. The 75710 can carry a 450 metric ton (496 short ton) load.[2] With an empty weight of 360 tonnes, it is much more heavily built than the previous model, which weighed 240 tonnes when empty.[3] It is 20.6 meters long, 8.16 meters high, and 9.87 meters wide. The bed is relatively shallow, limiting the volume of material that can be carried. Instead of a single engine, the Siemens MMT 500 drive system is powered by two MTU 65-litre 16-cylinder four stroke diesel engines, each with 2,300 horsepower. These are coupled to two AC alternators and four AC traction motors (two in each axle).[4] Fuel consumption (according to company data) is 198 g/kWh per engine, with option to run on only one if carrying less than capacity loads. Maximum speed is 64 km/h, and economy maximum speed (when fully loaded and on a 10% gradient) is 40 km/h.[5] The complex propulsion system, in addition to the shallow bed, doubled tires, and very heavy empty weight, has led to concerns about operating efficiency[citation needed]. Type Haul truck Manufacturer BelAZ Production 2013–present Assembly Zhodzina, Belarus Body and chassis Class Ultra class Layout Front-engine, four-wheel drive Powertrain Engine 2 × MTU DD16V4000 V16 diesel Transmission Siemens MMT500 Dimensions Wheelbase 8 m (26 ft) Length 20.6 m (68 ft) Width 9.87 m (32 ft) Height 8.165 m (27 ft) Curb weight 360000 kg (793664 lb) Project history BelAZ produces the 75710 in a new facility constructed by Soligorsk Construction Trust No. 3. Overall, BelAz has invested $644 million in increasing its total production capacity.[6] The first truck was delivered to the Kuznetsk Basin in 2013. Previously the world's largest haul trucks were Bucyrus MT6300AC, Liebherr T 282B and Caterpillar 797F ultra-class trucks, with load capacities of 400 short tons.[7] A truck or lorry is a motor vehicle designed to transport cargo. Trucks vary greatly in size, power, and configuration; smaller varieties may be mechanically similar to some automobiles. Commercial trucks can be very large and powerful, and may be configured to mount specialized equipment, such as in the case of fire trucks and concrete mixers and suction excavators. Modern trucks are largely powered by diesel engines, although small to medium size trucks with gasoline engines exist in the US, Canada, and Mexico. In the European Union, vehicles with a gross combination mass of up to 3.5 t (7,700 lb) are known as light commercial vehicles, and those over as large goods vehicles. Heavy trucks A cement mixer is an example of a Class 8 heavy truck Seddon Atkinson Stratos refuse compactor Heavy trucks are the largest on-road trucks, Class 8. These include vocational applications such as heavy dump trucks, concrete pump trucks, and refuse hauling, as well as ubiquitous long-haul 4x2 and 6×4 tractor units.[12] Road damage and wear increase very rapidly with the axle weight. The number of steering axles and the suspension type also influence the amount of the road wear. In many countries with good roads a six-axle truck may have a maximum weight of 44 t (97,000 lb) or more.

From giant pieces of mining equipment and flying cargo fortresses, to incredibly huge moving platforms transporting tons of equipment. We went out to find some of these legendary giants and put together 10 Biggest Vehicles of All Time. 10. Bagger 293 - If you've never seen this massive earth mover before, then you would be amazed by its sheer size. The Bagger 293 is the largest land vehicle in the world and holds the Guinness World record. It is the latest in a series of large earth moving excavators, with this one being the largest of them all. 9. Nasa Crawler Transporter - This is the biggest crawler-transporter in the world. It’s amazing that something that was designed over 50 years ago is still the largest track vehicles ever made. 8. SPMT - Almost like the NASA Transporter, but utilizing rubber tires and wheels. The SPMT, or 'Self-Propelled Modular Transporters' consist of different modules with 4, 5, 6 and 8 axle lines. Load capacity differs per version, with a maximum of up to 44 tons per axle line. 7. Caterpillar 797B - These large dump trucks have been in production since 1998, and are Caterpillar's largest and highest capacity dump trucks, or often called a 'haul-truck'. The engine in this beast has 3,400 horsepower, and gets that from a 24-cylinder electronic unit injection, quad single-stage turbocharged, liquid after-cooled, four-stroke diesel engine, the Cat 3524B HD. 6. BelAZ 75710 - If you want to know what the largest haul truck in the world is, take a look at the BelAZ 75710. This giant earth moving machine that was built in 2013 has a conventional two-axle setup, but the wheels are doubled to four wheels per axle. It needs eight 59 by 80R 63 inch tires. 5. Prelude FLNG - The Prelude is the world’s second floating liquefied natural gas platform as well as the world’s biggest offshore facility ever constructed. This massive floating rig 1,601 feet long, and 243 feet wide. It was made with more than 260,000 tons of steel, and fully loaded will displace more than 600,000 tons. 4. Antonov an-225 Mriya - It's hard to get an idea of just how big this airplane is without seeing it person, but just one of its wings is the same width as an entire Airbus A320, and it’s also double the length of the passenger jet. It was designed and built in Ukraine, part of the Soviet Union in the 1980s, by the Antonov Corporation to carry Soviet space shuttles. 3. LeTourneau TC-497 Overland Train - is the world’s longest off-road vehicle. It is able to move 100 tons of cargo over sand, snow, and other rough terrain. The TC-497, at 572 feet long, had four 1,170 horsepower solar gas turbine engines with a total of 4,680 horsepower. 2. Schwerer Gustav 800mm Rail Cannon - Named after the head of the Krupp family, the Gustav Gun weighed in at a massive 1344 tons, so heavy that even though it was attached to a rail car, it still had to be disassembled before moving so as to not destroy the twin set of tracks as it passed over. Gustav eventually went to war at the siege of Sevastopol in July 1942. 1. The Terex/Bucyrus RH400 - The Bucyrus RH400, owned by Caterpillar, is the world’s biggest hydraulic excavators. It was originally launched by Terex in Germany in 1997, but Bucyrus acquired the mining equipment division of Terex in 2010, and Bucyrus was acquired by Caterpillar in 2011.

Komatsu's 186 ton "Robot truck"
Unlike the 930E and 830E autonomous models, Komatsu has newly developed this vehicle exclusively as an unmanned vehicle designed to maximize the advantages of unmanned operation. Komatsu plans a market introduction in the near future. By distributing equal load to the four wheels both when the vehicle is loaded and unloaded, and adopting four-wheel drive, retarder and steering, Komatsu is aiming for high-performance shuttling of this vehicle in both forward and reverse travel directions, thereby totally eliminating the need for K-turns at loading and unloading sites. In particular, Komatsu expects that this new vehicle will considerably improve the productivity at mines where existing unmanned haulage vehicles face challenging conditions, such as slippery ground due to frequent rain/snow fall as well as confined spaces for loading. Komatsu has led the world by commercializing Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) in 2008. Since then AHS dump trucks have hauled over 1 billion tons (cumulative) of overburden and minerals at large-scale mines mainly in Chile and Australia. By continuing its efforts to optimize the performance of mining equipment and aggressively promote remote control and unmanned machine operation, Komatsu will help its mining customers significantly improve their productivity, thereby becoming their indispensable partner. Accidents involving semi trucks are some of the most serious auto accidents that can occur. When a semi truck makes a sharp turn and loses its center or gravity, it can turn on its side and either fall on or slide into other cars, causing large pile ups and serious injuries. Direct collisions can be even worse, resulting in extensive injuries and death. When a semi trailer truck collides with a car, the results are hardly ever positive. The size of these trailers is usually enough to cause serious damages to passengers in the smaller vehicles, and they can destroy these cars easily. While drivers and passengers in the other vehicle may be seriously hurt or even killed, many truck drivers walk away from the accidents without a single injury. Why Are There so Many Crashes Involving Semi-Tractor Trailers? Driving while fatigued is the number one safety issue facing the trucking industry and is a factor in almost 40% of all crashes in the U.S. The drivers for these trucking companies are under considerable pressure to move the cargo as quickly as possible, making 16 hour days not uncommon. Studies have revealed that 20% of semi tractor trailer drivers on the road had reported that they had fallen asleep at the wheel within the last 30 day period. There are Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations which address the hours of service that drivers are allowed to log. Unfortunately, many trucking companies find ways around these restrictions or flat out choose to violate the regulations, putting us all in danger. Many times, in order to keep their jobs, truckers have no choice but to keep the wheels moving. Truck-car collisions often involve some type of neglect on the part of the truck driver, the trucking company, or both. The most common causes of these crashes is poor training, drivers falling asleep at the wheel, improper or no maintenance of the truck or trailer, improper loading or aggressive driving, including speeding. Sometimes trucking companies hire incompetent or unskilled drivers and fail to provide appropriate training. These trucks are 10,000 pound monsters, are very hard to maneuver and are very unlike a passenger vehicle in their behavior. It takes great skill and experience to drive one safely and responsibly... Common causes of truck accidents include the following: Defective truck equipment/mechanical failure: State and federal regulations require trucking companies to keep their trucks in proper working order and follow regular maintenance checks. Defective equipment can lead to tire blowouts, brake failures and other problems. Overloaded trucks/unsecured loads: Overloaded trucks and unsecured loads can cause the truck to react poorly, erratically and dangerously. Loads can topple over or fall off trailers and cause accidents. Truck driver fatigue/driving hour log violations: Truckers are required to follow driving hours regulations and record their hours in a log. Driver fatigue is a frequent cause of serious trucking accidents. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Videos featured in the following compilation are intended for criticism, educational and journalistic purposes. As the smoke from the wildfires continue to blanket the prairies - the #YouTubeGOLD crew is hard at work. We continue our hunt towards our 1/2 oz of Gold for the season. I definitely have more respect for the Gold Miners of the world.. because even in 1/14th scale - this Sh!t is HARD! Krazy Joe and Rookie 101 are onsite today to give "Sluice box Steve" and I a hand. Sluice box is good on the controls - ut we have so much more we can do with new operators. Are we going to find Gold?! Of Course! The true secret of this show - is nothing you see is "real". Everything is generally staged (well as much as we can plan when playing!), and though we are mining for real gold (yes it's real pay dirt), the true Gold is the experience we get as friends, what we hope the viewers get watching a couple of goofballs entertain you with some very cool toys. One mans hobby, is another's entertainment on YouTube! Now all I have to do is to continue learning how to sluice for Gold. We are all rookies, we have never mined before.. yet, I have always had a passion for Radio Control, and for finding Gold! "YouTube GOLD" is a #Parody series based around the GOLD Shows of TV that we all know and love. #GoldRush #YukonGold #BeringSeaGold all of these are shows that my family enjoy seeing! A lot of viewers ask me questions about the products I use in my videos, and I have learned to pass along this info in my video descriptions. I hope it helps if you are curious about my HD Equipment. I ordered all of my Heavy Duty Construction equipment distributed by a company called "RC4WD". Here is a link: https://store.rc4wd.com/Heavy-Machinery_c_154.html I am using the older style of excavator, the 870K wheel loader, the DXR2 Dozer, and the 797F Haul Truck. These machines are very impressive.. and VERY HEAVY! All metal, all around... True hydraulic systems that have ample power for your Radio control modelling needs. I have always known that making a GOLD MINE would be possible with RC models.. and finally I get to realize this dream - even if the scale is all 1/14th in size! At Disney Toys Review we strive to bring videos with the latest construction vehicles toys. Here's how Toys are called in other languages: juegos, juguetes, giocattoli, spielwaren, brinquedos, carrinhos, spielsachen, leker, spielzeug, jouets, speelgoed, 玩具,leksaker, खिलौने, игрушки, đồ chơi, oyuncaklar, zabawki, bréagáin, Παιχνίδια, トイズ, 장난감, ġugarelli, hračky, іграшки. Here are some facts about my favorite construction toys: A haul truck has the largest pay load capacity even larger than a dump truck. The larger haul truck is also called an ULTRA CLASS TRUCK. These Mighty Wheels have giant diesel generators that generate electricity that powers up large electric motors that drive the rear wheels. Haul trucks are engineered to work in mines, quarries and heavy duty construction applications. They are off road vehicles, very very heavy. Their payload could weigh as much as 150 elephants. A wheel loader is a heavy construction machines used to load material into trucks. You can also use it a big powerful dust pan or power scoop. This machines works with loose material like: rocks, gravel, asphalt, sand, loose dirt etc.. Front loaders can also be used to remove snow in the winter like small snow plows. A road roller is a heavy construction equipment that has a large metal cylinder called a roller drum. Some road rollers also use a vibrating roller drum for maximum compaction. It used to compact, soil, gravel or asphalt. The goal of the road roller is to create an even surface that provides maximum flatness and stability. The steam roller uses its own weight to compress the surfaces it needs to flatten. A bulldozer is tracked tractor used to push large volumes of soil, gravel or sand. It can also be used to level large areas. A bulldozer is equipped with a large metal plate also known as a blade. At the rear the bulldozer is equipped with a claw looking fixtures called a ripper. The ripper is used to loosen compacted soil. A bulldozer's engine is extremely powerful so that it can also tow very heavy things when necessary. This is by far one of the most useful Mighty Machine on every construction site. A back hoe tractor also known as trencher is another very useful construction vehicle on the job site. It is primarily used to dig trenches for pipes of electricity and communication cables. A tracked excavator which is heavy construction equipment used for demolition, trenching, digging, river drenching and material handling . An excavator is also referred to as a digger. It can dig in hard soil or lift heavy loads. This Mighty Machine has rotating platform called the house. The force required to move the boom and the bucket is provided by hydraulic cylinders. In certain parts of the world a wheeled excavators are called Rubber Ducks.
