Two lanes wide, tires 13' tall, Caterpillar 793c, now thats a truck!!!!

02:45
Caterpillar 793 is one of the biggest mining trucks built by the company. The tires are size 59/80R63 XDR, and made by Michelin at the cost of $42,500. for each. They stand at 13.22' tall, and weigh 11,680 lbs per tire. The truck sells for about 5 million dollars. Check the size of these trucks. You can really tell how large it is when it passes a tractor trailer at the guard house. Then watch them pass full size pickups on the dirt road. Video was shot at Minntac, at Mountain Iron, MN. 10-2003 Updated info, thanks to Ted K. That's a 793c early model. 150 cu yd spreader body for sanding haul roads in winter. We had 2 of those then, that was 594. That was shot when I was driving it from the Hoover construction repair yard in mt. iron mn to minntac. That body has ben re mounted now. Not sure what truck it's on but I'm guessing still a 793c. This is the LARGEST dump truck I ever filmed, and the link is the OLDEST dump truck I ever filmed. When is the last time you saw an unrestored, 1927 Indiana Motor Truck in opperation at an HCEA meet in Brownsville, PA.? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nIQDV06MD0g Thanks for watching... Most AMAZING Trucks In The World!

Check out the most amazing trucks in the world! From the largest to the most heavy, this top 10 list of craziest and coolest trucks is absolutely awesome! Subscribe For New Videos! http://goo.gl/UIzLeB Watch our "Most AMAZING Military Vehicles!" video here: https://youtu.be/GI1pQS3fbgc Watch our "SCIFI Weapons That Actually EXIST!" video here: https://youtu.be/REi8y34Y8Bc Watch our "AMAZING Places Around The World!" video here: https://youtu.be/xdWeyQ86cPM #9 Hitachi EH5000AC-3 The EH5000AC-3 is Hitachi’s largest rigid-frame hauler in the history of the company’s existence. They use a unique hauler technology that has lasted them through the ages. In addition to the timeless technique, they’ve added a brand new, high-efficiency Advanced IGBT AC-Drive system. Hitachi is one of the most eco-friendly companies that produce hauling trucks. They can raise profits by lowering fuel and maintenance costs. They are able to spend less, to make more, and get more done in the process. The machine itself weighs about 550 tons, but has a payload of 325 tons. With a 2,850 hp, the Hitachi EH5000AC-3 knows how to get the most out of its fuel. It also has safety measures built in. A Slip/Slide Control System will add traction in slippery conditions, such a rainstorm or when ice is on the roads. Not to mention, this makes sharp turns much easier as well. A pitch control system will allow this truck to drive over rough roads with ease. Meaning, the driver won’t lose any of its load when off-road. With LCDs, heating/cooling controls, independent cabs, monitoring cameras, and much more, it is likely this machine is the most advanced and well thought out truck in the world. #8 BelAZ 75710 As the make suggests, the BelAZ is a manufacturer based in Belarus. As of 2016, it is the world's largest, highest payload capacity haul truck. The BelAz 75710 is equipped with a two-axle setup yet the wheels are a four to an axle! Because of this, it also needs eight large 59/80R63 tires. Four-wheel drive and four-wheel hydraulic steering is seen on this truck. A funny addition considering its turning radius is only 20 meters. It can be loaded to a capacity of nearly 500 short tons and still drive as usual. Though empty, it still weighs over 350 tons. It is 66 feet long, 26 feet tall, and 32 feet wide. That’s about three times as tall as a Giraffe. Rather than using the power of one single engine, it is powered by two 65-litre 16-cylinder diesel engines, each of these engines having 2,300 horsepower. Since the fuel consumption is 198 g/kWh per engine, there is an option to use only one engine when carrying smaller loads. At its best, it can travel 40 miles per hour. BelAz believes in this 2013 truck so much, that they have invested $644 million in increasing its total production capacity. #7 Caterpillar 797F The Caterpillar 797F is Caterpillar's largest, highest payload capacity haul truck! It appears to be every little boy’s dream to drive one of these when he grows up as the 797 series is the perfect Tonka truck model! The Caterpillar 797F was first mentioned to the public at MINExpo International in September, 2008. This guy was the successor to the 797B. The 797F has a higher payload capacity and a more powerful, more efficient engine than its predecessor. Because of these increases, Caterpillar could meet the needs of mine operators' so they were able to increase the efficiency of their work. They also saved money by reducing the costs considering the payload was much higher, meaning less trips, less fuel, less time. The payload capacity? 400 short tons! The horsepower? A gross 4,000! The top speed? 42 miles per hour! This truck is fully geared with a rear axle mounted, computer controlled, seven speed planetary transmissions that is equipped with an integral lock-up torque converter. #6 Bucyrus MT 6300AC You have to see this military-style machine to believe it! Built for mining, it is a sight to behold and a wondrous machine unlike any other! The Bucyrus MT6300AC is an off road, double-axle, ultra class, diesel/AC electric powertrain haul truck. It was designed and manufactured by Bucyrus International Inc. in America. The MT6300AC is the company’s biggest, highest payload capacity haul truck, and closing in on the highest in the world at 400 short tons. Even fully-loaded, this hauler can reach speeds of up to 40 miles per hour. On February 19, 2010, the Terex Unit Rig MT6300AC was re-branded which created the Bucyrus MT6300AC. This took place when Bucyrus International Inc. took over the mining equipment area of Terex Corporation. You may know Bucyrus makes as Caterpillar's UnitRigs as in 2011, Caterpillar took over a good part of the Bucyrus trucks.

YouTube GOLD - Eps. 16 797F Haul Truck is on SITE - NOT Your Average Mining Show | RC ADVENTURES

24:13
THE CRUNCH IS HERE. Our mining season is starting to run short... the weather is already starting to turn against us. This means we have to work twice as fast - if we are ever going to make our season goal. Viewers of the show have been begging us to use the 797F Haul Truck at the mine.. and due to several equipment issues over the season.. (conveyor belts mostly), we have not been able to use it. Today, is the day we have all been waiting for. All 3 Gold Mines are now functioning. EVERYTHING is IN PLACE!! My vision of #YouTubeGOLD has now been realized.. and we have a feeling that todays cleanup may produce some very good results. All we have to do is get it out of the ground. Unfortunately, you can't have a good team without experiencing some growing pains. The teams moral has been kind of low, as well as we have had some dissension among the ranks. The team is cranky.. but continue to push forward through the drama of working at a Gold Mine. At least we have some Pabst Blue Ribbon to keep the boys fuelled and ready. Also.. a few egg salad sandwiches can't hurt. The mining truck is the "1/14 SCALE EARTH HAULER 797F HYDRAULIC MINING TRUCK". Here is a direct link: https://bit.ly/2uyBrAu Steve and I were stunned, and almost speechless when we uncreated this machine. I am actually changing the name of this model to the "FMDT". The "Frickin' Massive Dump Truck". It is one of the largest RC vehicles I have had at the mine, and it is ALL METAL! RTR (Ready to Run) and weighing in at 220 lbs - this dump truck is the largest dump truck I have ever seen in person. It arrived by freight (which means on a full size SEMI TRUCK), and it is simply a wonder to behold in person. There are no servos to turn the tires. It is actually a MOTOR that moves steering rods. This truck can carry a payload of 440 lbs!! The Battery can be up to a 22,000mah 3s Lipo, OR a DEEP CYCLE 12v DC Battery. I will show you that in the coming weeks.. as I already have one here at my show. The cost of this model is $4000 USD, + shipping YouTubeGOLD is a #parody series based around the GOLD Shows of TV that we all know and love. #GoldRush #YukonGold #BeringSeaGold all of these are shows that my family enjoy seeing! I have always known that making a GOLD MINE would be possible with RC models.. and finally I get to realize this dream. How does this Huge Dump Truck WORK?! 797F Metal Haul/Mining Truck RC4WD | RC ADVENTURES

09:37
I have had a lot of questions about this haul truck, since I have unboxed it on #YouTubeGold: http://bit.ly/2wqzJ53 I got this truck from an online store called "RC4WD". This thing is ENORMOUS. I can not tell you what it is like to be in front of this haul truck, becuase even at 1/14th scale - it is the Tonka Truck we all dream of as kids! In this film I show you how this truck works. Yes, it is hydraulic and can haul up to 440 lbs. I would need several wives, or many more children to max out the trucks payload! It is truly in beast mode the entire time. Two Brushless ESC's power the large Brushless Motors for the back set of wheels. This truck is rear wheel drive. My family enjoys this machine quite a bit, and silly as it may sound - we all take rides in it!! I installed a 12v, deep cycle 80amp/hour battery. It lasts for approximately 20-30 minutes of solid run time. We have a lot of fun with it, and as you can see it makes for a wonderful ride! A chariot of fun.. haha :) Or a toy haul truck of Hilarity! The World's Largest Dump Truck - Belaz 75710

01:50
Tucked away on construction sites most people won’t ever see are dump trucks so large it’s hard to believe are real. On this episode we bring you the World’s largest dump truck. The BelAZ 75710 made by Belarusian company BelAZ is the world largest, highest payload capacity haul truck. The truck is built with a conventional two axle setup but has doubled wheels, four to an axle. It has 4 wheel drive and 4 wheel hydraulic steering, which is unusual. The truck is 30 feet or 9 meters tall with wheels taller than most people. The BelAz 75710 is powered by two 2,300 horsepower motors with a top speed of 40 mph or 64 kph. It was designed for work in giant mining operations. The truck itself weighs over 750,000 pounds or 340 000 kg, to put that into perspective the average midsize car weighs 3500 lbs or 1600 kg making this dump truck weigh the equivalent of the combined weight of 215 cars. When it comes to hauling, this beast can carry up to 992,000 pounds or 450000 kg of material. Now I’m sure you’re thinking of picking one up, it’ll cost you around 6 million dollars. The World's Longest Truck - Road Train in Australia

05:26
Australia - a country road trains. In the Australian outback, where for hundreds of kilometers around you to meet a couple of other cattle-farms, or "stations", as they call them, train - a vital necessity. After all, in order to deliver the goods to the destination of the train, the owner, such as a sheep station would have to get their living from the load to the nearest railway hundreds of kilometers. Road trains - powerful trucks, which stretches for two, three (and sometimes more) of huge trailer, capable in a matter of days to cross the Green Continent, connecting the country's states and territories. Volvo Trucks - Extreme weight testing of the Volvo FMX

02:26
This extreme weight test features an ordinary Volvo FMX fitted with our heaviest gearbox, I-Shift with crawler gears. Two-tonne weights were dropped 26 times from various heights and positions to test the quality of the engine and gearbox mounting. The maximum g-force equals that of 214 tonnes at rest. YouTube GOLD - Eps. 7 I SIT IN IT? UNBOXiNG a 797F MINE TRUCK & RC4WD DOZER | RC ADVENTURES

21:48
I have found my new Chariot to get me around the #YouTubeGOLD mine site! Some new mining equipment has arrived at the site and today we get to learn all about them. #SluiceboxSteve has come by to help unbox two magnificent machines distributed by a USA company "RC4WD". (www.store.RC4WD.com). The two models being uncreated for you today is the "1/14 Scale DXR2 Hydraulic Earth Dozer" Here is a direct link: https://bit.ly/2L4WfcV Simply put.. it is a BEAST! All Metal.. and weighing 58 lbs.. this thing takes real effort to move around. But, when you put a 3s lipo into it.. the machine moves without effort! I have added ISO 32 Hydraulic oil, which is very thin and works so well. The thin oil allows for quick movement in the hydraulic rams and through the hydro block. I have put a replica action figure of my wife into the drivers seat of the Dozer, becuase it is simply a [email protected] @ss, just like her!! Hah! At the time of this filming, this model costs aprox $2699.00 USD + shipping The mining truck is the "1/14 SCALE EARTH HAULER 797F HYDRAULIC MINING TRUCK". The cost of this model is $4000 USD, + shipping. Now that we have these products here at the mine, we are going to be able to move the yardage we are hoping for. Like I said ever since Episode 1 - I will do what ever it takes to reach my season goal of 1/2 an ounce.. and I think its very achievable. I hope you have been enjoying YouTube GOLD! Now.. it is time to get to work.. and move some dirt. Im hunting gold.. like a retriever hunts a dead duck.. Ill sniff it out.. and put it in the sluice box! A lot of folks think that I am building a miniature mine site.. and in some ways I certainly am. I am building a scaled down version of a mine site.. that can ACTUALLY GET GOLD! YouTubeGOLD is a parody series based around the GOLD Shows of TV that we all know and love. #GoldRush #YukonGold #BeringSeaGold all of these are shows that my family enjoy seeing! I have always known that making a GOLD MINE would be possible with RC models.. and finally I get to realize this dream. Top 10 Biggest Vehicles Of All Time ► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/vHN6qB For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] As the world progresses, the need for bigger machines arises. From giant pieces of mining equipment and flying cargo fortresses, to incredibly huge moving platforms transporting tons of equipment. We went out to find some of these legendary giants and put together 10 Biggest Vehicles of All Time. 10. Bagger 293 - If you've never seen this massive earth mover before, then you would be amazed by its sheer size. The Bagger 293 is the largest land vehicle in the world and holds the Guinness World record. It is the latest in a series of large earth moving excavators, with this one being the largest of them all. 9. Nasa Crawler Transporter - This is the biggest crawler-transporter in the world. It’s amazing that something that was designed over 50 years ago is still the largest track vehicles ever made. 8. SPMT - Almost like the NASA Transporter, but utilizing rubber tires and wheels. The SPMT, or 'Self-Propelled Modular Transporters' consist of different modules with 4, 5, 6 and 8 axle lines. Load capacity differs per version, with a maximum of up to 44 tons per axle line. 7. Caterpillar 797B - These large dump trucks have been in production since 1998, and are Caterpillar's largest and highest capacity dump trucks, or often called a 'haul-truck'. The engine in this beast has 3,400 horsepower, and gets that from a 24-cylinder electronic unit injection, quad single-stage turbocharged, liquid after-cooled, four-stroke diesel engine, the Cat 3524B HD. 6. BelAZ 75710 - If you want to know what the largest haul truck in the world is, take a look at the BelAZ 75710. This giant earth moving machine that was built in 2013 has a conventional two-axle setup, but the wheels are doubled to four wheels per axle. It needs eight 59 by 80R 63 inch tires. 5. Prelude FLNG - The Prelude is the world’s second floating liquefied natural gas platform as well as the world’s biggest offshore facility ever constructed. This massive floating rig 1,601 feet long, and 243 feet wide. It was made with more than 260,000 tons of steel, and fully loaded will displace more than 600,000 tons. 4. Antonov an-225 Mriya - It's hard to get an idea of just how big this airplane is without seeing it person, but just one of its wings is the same width as an entire Airbus A320, and it’s also double the length of the passenger jet. It was designed and built in Ukraine, part of the Soviet Union in the 1980s, by the Antonov Corporation to carry Soviet space shuttles. 3. LeTourneau TC-497 Overland Train - is the world’s longest off-road vehicle. It is able to move 100 tons of cargo over sand, snow, and other rough terrain. The TC-497, at 572 feet long, had four 1,170 horsepower solar gas turbine engines with a total of 4,680 horsepower. 2. Schwerer Gustav 800mm Rail Cannon - Named after the head of the Krupp family, the Gustav Gun weighed in at a massive 1344 tons, so heavy that even though it was attached to a rail car, it still had to be disassembled before moving so as to not destroy the twin set of tracks as it passed over. Gustav eventually went to war at the siege of Sevastopol in July 1942. 1. The Terex/Bucyrus RH400 - The Bucyrus RH400, owned by Caterpillar, is the world’s biggest hydraulic excavators. It was originally launched by Terex in Germany in 1997, but Bucyrus acquired the mining equipment division of Terex in 2010, and Bucyrus was acquired by Caterpillar in 2011.

WORLDS LARGEST DUMP TRUCK in the world & Worlds largest excavator truck Extreme Dump Truck Video

17:16
A video showing the largest truck in the world and is also used for earth excavation. Design The BelAz 75710 has a conventional two-axle setup but the wheels are doubled, four to an axle, like a scaled-up International Payhauler 350. For this reason it needs eight 59/80R63 tires.[1] It also has four-wheel drive and four-wheel hydraulic steering which is unusual. It has a turning radius of about 20 meters. The 75710 can carry a 450 metric ton (496 short ton) load.[2] With an empty weight of 360 tonnes, it is much more heavily built than the previous model, which weighed 240 tonnes when empty.[3] It is 20.6 meters long, 8.16 meters high, and 9.87 meters wide. The bed is relatively shallow, limiting the volume of material that can be carried. Instead of a single engine, the Siemens MMT 500 drive system is powered by two MTU 65-litre 16-cylinder four stroke diesel engines, each with 2,300 horsepower. These are coupled to two AC alternators and four AC traction motors (two in each axle).[4] Fuel consumption (according to company data) is 198 g/kWh per engine, with option to run on only one if carrying less than capacity loads. Maximum speed is 64 km/h, and economy maximum speed (when fully loaded and on a 10% gradient) is 40 km/h.[5] The complex propulsion system, in addition to the shallow bed, doubled tires, and very heavy empty weight, has led to concerns about operating efficiency[citation needed]. Type Haul truck Manufacturer BelAZ Production 2013–present Assembly Zhodzina, Belarus Body and chassis Class Ultra class Layout Front-engine, four-wheel drive Powertrain Engine 2 × MTU DD16V4000 V16 diesel Transmission Siemens MMT500 Dimensions Wheelbase 8 m (26 ft) Length 20.6 m (68 ft) Width 9.87 m (32 ft) Height 8.165 m (27 ft) Curb weight 360000 kg (793664 lb) Project history BelAZ produces the 75710 in a new facility constructed by Soligorsk Construction Trust No. 3. Overall, BelAz has invested $644 million in increasing its total production capacity.[6] The first truck was delivered to the Kuznetsk Basin in 2013. Previously the world's largest haul trucks were Bucyrus MT6300AC, Liebherr T 282B and Caterpillar 797F ultra-class trucks, with load capacities of 400 short tons.[7] A truck or lorry is a motor vehicle designed to transport cargo. Trucks vary greatly in size, power, and configuration; smaller varieties may be mechanically similar to some automobiles. Commercial trucks can be very large and powerful, and may be configured to mount specialized equipment, such as in the case of fire trucks and concrete mixers and suction excavators. Modern trucks are largely powered by diesel engines, although small to medium size trucks with gasoline engines exist in the US, Canada, and Mexico. In the European Union, vehicles with a gross combination mass of up to 3.5 t (7,700 lb) are known as light commercial vehicles, and those over as large goods vehicles. Heavy trucks A cement mixer is an example of a Class 8 heavy truck Seddon Atkinson Stratos refuse compactor Heavy trucks are the largest on-road trucks, Class 8. These include vocational applications such as heavy dump trucks, concrete pump trucks, and refuse hauling, as well as ubiquitous long-haul 4x2 and 6×4 tractor units.[12] Road damage and wear increase very rapidly with the axle weight. The number of steering axles and the suspension type also influence the amount of the road wear. In many countries with good roads a six-axle truck may have a maximum weight of 44 t (97,000 lb) or more.

Komatsu Autonomous Dump Truck

04:05
The self-driving truck doesn’t really have a front or back. It can drive in either direction equally well thanks to four-wheel steering, which in turn means a strip mine doesn’t need to allocate space for one of the massive vehicles to turn around after each trip so a driver can see where they’re going. It can simply shuttle back and forth, reversing direction as needed. If you like DPCcars videos please subscribe: https://goo.gl/BSIaFc The latest version of its Autonomous Haulage System dump truck, however, was designed from the ground up to be completely autonomous. As you can see, there’s no longer a driver’s cab. In fact, aside from the direction the dumping bed raises, the self-driving truck doesn’t really have a front or back. It can drive in either direction equally well thanks to four-wheel steering, which in turn means a strip mine doesn’t need to allocate space for one of the massive vehicles to turn around after each trip so a driver can see where they’re going. It can simply shuttle back and forth, reversing direction as needed. The other advantage to being able to operate in either direction is that Komatsu was able to design the new autonomous truck so that weight was evenly distributed between all four wheels, allowing it to maximize its payload—over 250 tons—which in turn means less trips back and forth to be emptied.

BACKYARD SCALE TRAIL PARK - CAPO JK MAX JEEP & "DUB STYLE" WHEELS | RC ADVENTURES

11:17
The autumn season is in the air, and all of the leaves have blown away from the tree's. It s a perfect day for a "Halloween Style" crawl in the backyard trail park. So many viewers have asked to see this truck with the DUB STYLE wheels on the trails.. and today, i can make that happen. The model I am using is a 13.5lb Jeep JK from CAPO. This is the SECOND Model of jeep that the company Capo came out with. It is marketed as a 1/8th scale.. but seems to be closer to a 1/10th scale (to me). Its definitely a heavy rig to wheel around, but it certainly moves a lot like a "real size" jeep. The LARGE tires are from a company called D1RC, that I found on Aliexpress. These are the 3.2" wheels and "Black Widow" tires. Pretty good. Unfortunately, the large tires have compromised one of my Axles - but these axles have been abused prior to this filming. There is no question though, large wheels will have a detrimental effect on your axles, if they are "weak" or not hardened steel. It adds more force, to the weakest point.. which was the neck of the axle. I thought a drive pin had popped out.. but, I was mistaken! Komatsu's 186 ton "Robot truck"

02:34
Unlike the 930E and 830E autonomous models, Komatsu has newly developed this vehicle exclusively as an unmanned vehicle designed to maximize the advantages of unmanned operation. Komatsu plans a market introduction in the near future. By distributing equal load to the four wheels both when the vehicle is loaded and unloaded, and adopting four-wheel drive, retarder and steering, Komatsu is aiming for high-performance shuttling of this vehicle in both forward and reverse travel directions, thereby totally eliminating the need for K-turns at loading and unloading sites. In particular, Komatsu expects that this new vehicle will considerably improve the productivity at mines where existing unmanned haulage vehicles face challenging conditions, such as slippery ground due to frequent rain/snow fall as well as confined spaces for loading. Komatsu has led the world by commercializing Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) in 2008. Since then AHS dump trucks have hauled over 1 billion tons (cumulative) of overburden and minerals at large-scale mines mainly in Chile and Australia. By continuing its efforts to optimize the performance of mining equipment and aggressively promote remote control and unmanned machine operation, Komatsu will help its mining customers significantly improve their productivity, thereby becoming their indispensable partner. Volvo FMX 10x6 giant tipper in the mine

04:13
www.hyva.com Mines are among the most difficult terrains for trucks designed to carry the overburden and the mined material. The extremely harsh environment, rough terrain and heaviness of the transported material require vehicles of high reliability and increased efficiency. More and more often these requirements force the manufacturers of mine vehicles equipped with tipping system to look for innovative and unique solutions in order to meet strict requirements and generate greater profits for their users. Hyva, for many years the world leader in the manufacture and sale of hydraulic systems, has developed a new line of reinforced ALPHA Heavy Duty cylinders. The core idea of the new HYVA ALPHA system is to develop an innovative system with much greater competitiveness, making it possible to follow the most important trends in the industry and transportation. Individual market segments require different transport solutions and different types of tipper bodies. By taking an individualised approach to this issue, HYVA engineers have been able to create unique solutions. The ALPHA generation makes it possible to complete the whole tipping system containing the cylinder in a purposeful way, thus ensuring reliability and optimising the purchase cost of the entire system. The new line of the hydraulic system sticks to the same proven idea of constructing HYVA cylinders, which distinguishes them from those offered by other manufacturers. The higher operating safety offered by ALPHA systems has been achieved by introducing several innovations to the new series, such as the new design of the cylinder, the new hydraulic valve as well as more precise and faster-operating tipping angle limiters. Another new feature of the whole generation of ALPHA cylinders is that they make it possible to reduce the weight of the whole tipping system and reduce the time of unloading. An unquestionable advantage of HYVA hydraulic systems is that they maintain, and in some cases even exceed, the lifting capacity at reduced weight and dimensions. The new ALPHA line cylinders have the operating pressure of 250 bar, thus resulting in no limitations as compared to current standards. The advantages mentioned here, as well as the thousands of cylinders with the HYVA logo which operate all over the world in all types of climate, consolidate HYVA’s position as the world leader in the manufacture of telescope cylinders.
