Greetings Sir. I have found something interesting for business strategy. When I did it was like magic or luck. I dont know The matter is For a advertisement when no customers are really caring for long time even for month or year. The solution that ive found is if we could change slightly the advertisement pictures, details, features, price, etc. so that it may look different than the previous one then we will be catching some real customers. It really worked for me. So i would like you to explain why do you think that happened?

Generally your videos are good but there are also a lot I don’t agree with what you say; 1. I give my clients the information they want and say ok if they say they want to think about it. Most of the time they come back and confirmed the deal. Even at times when I was a customer myself, I would say the same and end up going back to the seller. 2. I see many youngsters talking high horse investing bulls like you and despise the slow, conservative saver. End up, many of those big talker fall from grace, many commit suicide. The conservative savers remained steady and stable in life. 3. Though some of your videos are really good, I cut short some as bulls.

If you work backwards from trust you can manipulate urgency and desire- if a customer trusts you, finds you authentic they will overcome an urgency lack themselves and come back- if they trust you they will follow your lead to a more desirable (aspirational) offer or product and engage deeper- Always start with trust and with that ypu may even buy time to overcome no money..

When they say call me in 3 months time they won’t want the product 3 mounths later, if I haven’t closed them it shows lack of comfort with my pain, Dan one of your students taught me that without actually teaching me that, he was playing a prospect with a lot of problems, if it was real one and I had closed them and I find myself in tears after the sale I’m growing!

I am a biologist that wants to work with legalised marihuana in Canada and not to get into a criminal enterprise. I want to have a prosperous life by helping peoples with aliviating pain. Great video, really. I would like to tell you my personal opinion: I think that the main reason why people don't by has root in number 3 and number 2. If someone have a deep desire and you can transmit the urgency of do that, he will find the money and will trust you. What do you think Mr. Dan? Thanks for your attention.

I once approached, on behalf of the office equipment company I worked for, a very large sugar company in the UK. I attended a meeting with the Head Buyer and he expressed a "No Urgency" principle on the changing of the company's office equipment supplier. They still had over five months left on their existing contract. We spent four hours together and I answered all he questions to the fullest...(This meant doing my due diligence and preparations prior to the meeting). I left the company some twelve weeks later to move into another product field. A few weeks later the sugar company approached my previous company and signed a three year contract which was worth £68,000. They cited the agreement was due for the most part, due to my preparation and awareness of their exact requirements. They were offered several less costly deals, but went with my previous company on the basis of my understanding of their needs and the presentation given at the time. Unfortunately, I missed out on a rather sizeable commission but had the knowledge knowing that I was responsible for winning that contract. ...The lesson here is that because a prospect has no great "urgency", does NOT mean you will not succeed in winning the sale. The wheels of industry sometimes grind slowly. It's important to keep in touch on a regular basis and often have patience.

I believe there is one more you may have missed out. The client simply does not like the salesperson. Even if all 5 criteria are satisfied, if the client has a 'bad feeling' about the salesperson(he seems suspect, shady, bad vibe), they would either go to another salesperson in the same company or worse, go to their competitor.
