Is this the John Deere Grapple? Or who is t he manufacturer?
Thanks for watching +Clifford Allison! It is not the John Deere grapple. Here are the details for our grapple: Picked up this unit (G-55-JD) from Jeff at Compact Tractor Attachments (www.ctattachments.com). Great fit on our JD 3038E D160 front end loader. I recently purchased a 3038e and want to add a grapple, especially after watching your videos. Did you add the 3rd function valve yourself or did you have the dealer do it? Which brand/model 3rd function valve do you have?
Thanks for watching and the question +Frank Keen! The 3rd function valve was already installed by the dealer when we purchased the tractor. I believe the valve is whatever would be available from John Deere but don't know for sure. When I get the tractor out today, I take a closer look at it again. Enjoy your 3038e, I know we have!!!

That grapple is really cool. It looks like it works well. That tractor seems to have pretty good power and capability. Nice rig

Nicely done. Yep, I need a grapple.
Thanks for watching +mi2tn! I keep finding more and more uses for the grapple. This project marked the one year anniversary of when we picked it up last year. Overall this is the most used piece of equipment or attachment that we have. Thanks again for the comment!
