Great video, been looking for something like this. ^_^ Don't take this wrong, but where are you from? Your English is great, but saying calendar as it looks rather than "calender" as most people say it makes me curious. ^_^

Hi, I'm trying to leverage exchange sync to Room Calendar that act as a classroom using it to schedule all classes and sync the content to the student's calendar. Will exchange sync capable of this scenario ? Will exchange sync be able to sync to Distribution group and propagate the changes to the members? Appreciate if I can get an answer immediately. Thanks, Hussain

Hi +TheHabibalby, Sounds exactly like something CodeTwo Exchange Sync could do. Basically you have to set up a one-to-many (public calendar to students' calendars) synchronization task: http://www.codetwo.com/exchange-folder-sync/one-way-synchronization?sts=1366#one-to-many You can also do the opposite (have a public calendar accumulate data from users' calendars): http://www.codetwo.com/exchange-folder-sync/practical-applications/group-calendar-on-exchange-server?sts=1366 or skip the public calendar and sync all users' calendars: http://www.codetwo.com/exchange-folder-sync/two-way-synchronization?sts=1366 You can test CodeTwo Exchange Sync for 30-days no strings attached: http://www.codetwo.com/exchange-folder-sync/download/?sts=1366 If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask. Best regards, CodeTwo Team

Hi That is correct. Now your public events exist in your personal calendar - and it's all automatic.
