How do you get the pictures that you use so big. When I went to edit the photo in library it said they can only be edited if it's smaller not bigger. Because I've been working on this website and so far you are the easiest to understand. But, I obviously want to use my own pictures. Just need to know how to make them bigger.
Thanks for this great video. I'm new to this stuff. Learned a lot! But don't understand this "womans first page" trick - You just can select "womans category" AND "featured products" in the module to get the right products for the home page
Thanks for such a great video you put together. I additionally have experienced an awesome method for learning and they have made the whole procedure incredibly straightforward and educational.

Do you have a tutorial that discusses how to purchase and install an SSL certificate using Wordpress? I know it is necessary, especially when customers are placing their confidential info through a website
Hi Darrel, just started watching the first 10-15 Min - as I am already using Divi theme for my website/blog I am considering to use it for my shop later as well. One question on the different types of products and the configuration options you present like the "grouped product". I am looking for a more detailed configurator (will have a mix&match system close to tailormade). The customer shall be able to choose a breast widths, then a size and afterwards the option for short, regular or long lengths and a colour at the end - would you know if that was possible here? Thanks a lot for taking the time to create this video, I saved it for later in favorites :-) Judith
First of all, Thanks a lot for a really great video. I have question. Price filter works only on default shop page, on other pages it is not even visible. Is there any way to make it work on other pages too? Please reply...
Hi. Thank you very macht for tutorial. I have few simple question to you.
I want to add to my product price with tax and without tax for my clients , and I want to turn off add to cart i don't want to have my basket shop on my page but I want to have button with text "contact us" ( I dont want to sell products on my page at this moment , I want to get only info about my products)
I was wondering if you know how to resolve this issue: I'm getting a flickering on my website and I can't seem to get elegant theme to give me an answer. Do you know how I could resolve this issue? It only happens when I enable visual builder and hover over some parts of my text and images.
hello my friend and thank you for your beautiful video, can you give some advice on how to create a search form on the homepage, maybe a widget in my homepage, where you can search for products by category, such as state, city, hotels, apartments etc? many many thanks
Amazing videos with an amazing teacher! Easy and fun to watch. Darrel's style of delivery takes the boredom out of leaning and makes everything fun. For anyone starting out in web design - and even for some of those whop are already on the journey - Darrel's videos are a must have. Five stars *****
Thanks for the awesome work you do!
One question please, how do you remove the Additional Information tabs in woo-commerce? I have been trying to remove it for a while but can't find the solution.
Thanks in advance!
Indeed a great tutorial. I have made a website http://indianbazaarng.com while watching your videos. However I am finding very difficult to create vertical menu like this https://www.jumia.com.ng/ please help me because I have tried different ways to do it but could get something like this. It will be great help for all of us if you can make a separate video covering Vertical Menus for E-Commerce websites running over Divi Theme. Expecting your favor because I am stuked in middle of my project. Thanks in advance.
Question regarding the shop module...I have a range of products that are all variables of one product (36 different diorama buildings)
Now is there a way to display them as multiple products within the shop module so I can highlight 3 or 4 (or 6) different buildings ?
Thanks in advance and sorry if this is covered and I missed it 😜👍🏼
Divi Visual builder never worked for me. Adding background to the row using the visual builder didnt work at all for me.
The media library jumps down below the footer and gets compressed on the height. The media builder "Choose Background image" page are not open for my input, when clicking anywhere it just disappears. Doesnt matter since it is so compressed and unusable anyway.
This is a new wordpress installation trying to follow your steps (Video from 2016 I know and it is 2018 now, but posting anyway) and the visual builder have never been anything but a big disappointment for me. I even got myself a bigger wider screen 27 inch so I dont need to scroll and have great overview of everything. I have no understanding for website builders who use the visual builder and why it never worked for me. Love Divi though so I will continue with the back admin of divi.
Since you compared w/ shopify, How to get reports, loyalty etc? and POS? Your video's been very helpful and made me confident. Only caveat I need to learn is how to view reports, loyalty and possibly a POS. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
pretty please, create an update for this tutorial with the DiviKingdom product builder.
I never leave comments, but now I am lost. I like your voice and style of speaking and the way you are sharing all your knowledge and tips. I wish to can learn more from you.
Greetings from Hungary!
I loved your tutorial videos, but I want something else....
I want to create a one product eCommerce site and i hope you know how to make it......
So, I request you to make a great tutorial on making a one product eCommerce site As Soon as Possible
This will help me a lot....
And yes, please take inspiration from the quark theme.... quark.progressionstudios.com
Thank you so much for the video. It truly helped in the development of the eCommerce site i have done. However i need help in creating
1. QR Code generator for the invoice. This will facilitate in the payments after scanning.
2. Customer statement for the total items purchased
3. How can i add other payment platforms like Mpesa. (Please check https://developer.safaricom.co.ke/docs#m-pesa-result-codes for more.
Thank you for your response
So, (potentially) stupid questions. We'd be paying a monthly fee to Wordpress AND Divy? (Just double checking to be sure.)
But with this, we wouldn't be hit by the 3% transaction fee that Shopify charges?
Trying to decide what will be the least head ache, but keeps the most cash in my pocket.Any help would be much appreciated.
Hi Darrel... I don't know if you are using an old DIVI version, but when I try to add a simple "subproduct" to a grouped product by pressing "Linked products", I don't have the option "Grouped products"... Only Upsells and Cross-Sells.
I migrated from #HostGator after being with them for over a decade. These TMD folks you recommended were FAST FAST FAST.. Quick Support response time, and they migrated my sites quickly. very happy ..also they have LetsEncrypt on the cPanel which sadly HG refused to ever implement on their cPanel, even after over 2 years of begging in their user forums.. but is necessary if you want to have an Ecom store. HG doesn't care about the customer experience any longer, so sad.. So Thanks for the recommendation of TMD Hosting. Now to build my store following your wonderful and complete video steps.
I have tried a several wordpress-ecommerce solutions, divi, elementor and premium theme but I know really know what is the best, what do you you think Darrel and you guys about that? I want to build a professional e-commerce website with wordpress:)
Great video I plan to follow to make my eCommerce store but I stumbled upon your other eCommerce video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AVq0d2brXp8) and I was wondering what the main differences are? Should I follow the other link since it's newer? Does one tutorial eCommerce have different options than the other or just design changes?
When you watch the video etc and then realise, that the Widget Area for Shop 2 does not work, ie that specific and important widgets like filtering do just work on the woocommerce pages and not on self made shop pages...still a great video...thanks DW
Good day Darrel. Thanks so much for the helpful tutorial. I have been building my site, and things have really been going well. I have learned a lot while following this tutorial. I would just like to find out how I restore the standard Woocommerce shop page, if I managed to create a new shop front ( and accidentally deleted the standard one)? I am thinking that I would like to go back to the standard shop page. Thanks sooo much!!
Great videos!! Thanks a million! I do have two problems. On my shop modules in my homepage the product title wont change, and the big one is when i click a product, it opens in a new tab. I need it to open in the original tab.
Hi Darrel, thanks again for your help a couple months ago with my other questions on building the site. That question was about adding additional pictures to a product. Answer was dead on. So I just got back from Thunder Beach (motorcycle Rally in Panama City Beach). I had customers that wanted to do special orders and I had them fill out the "Contact Us" section (Your Get in touch with me section) of my page. Everything was going great and had a good show... Got home and no emails. I reviewed your youtube video and it said all I needed to do was put the email in. I went back and checked and the email address is there but I received no emails. I hope they are somewhere as I wrote none of them down and would lose a lot of money if I can't find them. Please Help
Many many many thanks for creating wonderful tutorial, I am from India and I learned a lot from your tutorials. Darrel can I make a fully functional website using WordPress like amazon which have thousands of products categorized.
Few people explain things as well as this and your training is spot on. Just one quick question why does my widgets NOT show the Woo Commerce sections you used are they a separate download because I literally followed everything you did?
On the mobile layout, each item is stacked on top of eachother when viewing the website on mobile. How can I create two columns side by side for the shop items? i.e. 4 products in a row on the desktop view and have the mobile view show two products side by side instead of stacked on top of eachother. Great Video Thanks
Hi Darrel Wilson, thanks a lot for your detail instruction. But I use DIVI 3.0.77 and the option to change transparent's colour of the background is not show up. So how can I do it with this verson 3.0.77? Thanks!
Hi Darrel - thanks for making this video so easy to follow! Im only half an hour through watching & Just a question - I have been creating our new site with woo commerce on wordpress. Will this theme and the theme visual page builder and everything still work the same with woo commerce ? (the reason I need woo commerce is because of the lay-by company here in New Zealand needs it to install the online "buy now pay later" on our website) Many thanks!
Please can you help me to fix bug:
When i exit visual builder i lose background image the first lady on homepage...
when i re-enter builder it shows up again, when i do refresh it disapear again... what to do... :/
I am very confused about styling pages with divi and WordPress in general. maybe someone can help? Here's my question. We spend all that time getting a great looking layout for the "shop" page, but then the categories page is still default, and the product page is still default.
How do we apply that general page layout to all shop pages???
this is AJAY here from INDIA.
i just wanted to know how to make our website same on mobile/tablet devices as it shows up on laptop.
as i'm also using the divi theme & my website is looking good on laptop but messed up in mobile.
pleas help me out.

Welcome to Our Shop
Divi gives you the power to run a full-fledged online storefront.
can you tell me how to do that
Facilities for business continuity may include alternate workspace equipped for continuation of business operations. Alternate facilities may be owned or contracted including office space, data center, manufacturing and distribution.
Systems for emergency response may include detection, alarm, warning, communications, suppression and pollution control systems. Protection of critical equipment within a data center may include sensors monitoring heat, humidity and attempts to penetrate computer firewalls.
Every building has exit routes so people can evacuate if there is a hazard within the building. These exit routes should be designed and maintained in accordance with applicable regulations.
Business continuity resources may include spare or redundant systems that serve as a backup in case primary systems fail. Systems for crisis communications may include existing voice and data technology for communicating with customers, employees and others.
Equipment includes the means for teams to communicate. Radios, smartphones, wired telephone and pagers may be required to alert team members to respond, to notify public agencies or contractors and to communicate with other team members to manage an incident.
Many tools may be required to prepare a facility for a forecast event such as a hurricane, flooding or severe winter storm.
Materials and Supplies.
Materials and supplies are needed to support members of emergency response, business continuity and crisis communications teams. Food and water are basic provisions.
Systems and equipment needed to support the preparedness program require fuel. Emergency generators and diesel engine driven fire pumps should have a fuel supply that meets national standards or local regulatory requirements. That means not allowing the fuel supply to run low because replenishment may not be possible during an emergency. Spare batteries for portable radios and chargers for smartphones and other communications devices should be available.
