thanks that is an amazing video just look at the views that Dan Lok gets to enjoy just look out of the window. $10,000 is a lot but I presume he has expenses and has worked hard. I would like to hear what the client felt of the advice later on.
I got it :
1 - Listen then understand.
2 - Ask a question about the previous talk.
3 - Show the weakness of the business.
4 - Show your value.
5 - handle objections by putting the person in the situation.
6 - let them take the action, do not force them, let them be the action taker.
7 - Do Not Ever Be NEEDY.
8 - Show them if they went and didn't make the contract it's completely OKAY.

The point of this is not allowing yourself to be undervalued. He said "you want to make more money, but ask me for a discount....what kind of start is that ?". He was still flexible on the payment methods, but still his his price. He's not going to get Bentley info paying Hyundai prices.

That's the truth. People tend to charge less for what their work is worth. Please take a look at art commissions. Most charge about 60 USD for one commission, while historically and practically, these commissions are worth over 200 USD. People think asking a professional artist to draw something good is going to be cheap...only nobles, aristocrats and richest people on the planet used to buying a commission, yet what do we see? Modern Joe can take 50 bucks laying in his drawer and ask a professional, seasoned artist with decades of practice to draw him porn. Bravo artists, you really doing great! Then why are you whining that everything is hard for artists and tha-that it's HARD to make money? ASK FOR HIGHER PAY OR LEARN TO BECOME BETTER.
You got the result, thats right, but I wonder if you was speaking like the "king" in the parts you cut off. I doubt it. I think you was less dominant and more tolerant and you are making a huge thing of yourself in this video.
Your sales pitch is based on your confidence and your confidence is based on your current success in business..... however how would you expect a sales person to be this confident in a industry that is more price driven even for the same product? For example; company A sales a coke for 99 cents and Company B sales a coke for 76 cents..... it’s still a coke and they both deliver the product on time and accurate???
Facilities for business continuity may include alternate workspace equipped for continuation of business operations. Alternate facilities may be owned or contracted including office space, data center, manufacturing and distribution.
Systems for emergency response may include detection, alarm, warning, communications, suppression and pollution control systems. Protection of critical equipment within a data center may include sensors monitoring heat, humidity and attempts to penetrate computer firewalls.
Every building has exit routes so people can evacuate if there is a hazard within the building. These exit routes should be designed and maintained in accordance with applicable regulations.
Business continuity resources may include spare or redundant systems that serve as a backup in case primary systems fail. Systems for crisis communications may include existing voice and data technology for communicating with customers, employees and others.
